We have wet edge black velvet in our pool. Upon installation there were white/fades streaks in the finish. We’ve already had the pool drained and acid washed by the pool builder in the 1st year of install and the fading came right back. Is this a flawed product? Why would this continue to be a problem, and why was it a problem from day 1? Any insight is appreciated!!
