Hi Mary - unfortunately I can't recall the pulls vendor. They are an unlacquered brass finish.

adaks - that really depends on the pedigree of the fixture (brand, time period, materials, weight, etc). It can vary wildly, but this style is relatively common so unless you have a unique piece with a lot of pedigree they typically aren't very expensive. If you like them, enjoy them!
