The bottom one might be a buckeye.

It is on Hackberrry. It has grown a lot more bristles since yesterday. Could it be a question Mark? A comma?

Yes, looking at the picture above, I can see it's a question mark. I've gotten QMs on my Celtis laviegatas, the Deep South version of hackberry. Question mark was what I first thought it might be, but the first picture you posted really didn't look enough like the ones I've seen to be sure. QM cats are highly variable, though. Here's one of mine on sugarberry/C. laviegata -

Is the cat in the top photo eating a Verbena? Hackberry is very closely related to Marijuana.

Yes it is Verbena.

Could be lol. The Question marks feed on Hops vines too, I think. Hops is also in that same family.
