I would like the vanities separated and a separate makeup table in the middle. Its nice to have a lot of counterspace, but, 12 ft in a bathroom, sounds like it could be too much.

Hi! Our vanity is 9 feet long with a transom window over the vanity area for natural light. I didn’t want it lowered either even though we have a higher than normal countertop since we are taller. A couple comments. It seems on your blueprint the builder is doing the same thing ours did - putting the sinks so close to the outside wall when you have so much space! So, the plumbers put the sinks like a bowling pin split and the electricians came along and put the lights right above the sink faucets. That meant the lights and the sinks were NOT centered between the outside walls and the window! Drove me crazy. We recently finally moved the electrical but we can’t move the sinks without a lot of expense. SO, think about the sink and light placement as you consider this design. You have so much length, if you center the sinks/lights between the outside wall and the window edge, there won’t be such s long expanse of empty space. got design help from Havenly online design and I can get you more info on that if you want. Using the right accessories and leaving more room on each side of the sinks, that 12 feet might work and look just fine! Before and after.

Great comment by Kathy. Definitely move your sinks in from the walls - no need to be cramped.

Some other ideas:

1. high transom windows over each area; individual mirrors + 1 long vanity (spaced out sinks)

2. Bench connecting two vanities under a slim window

3. separate vanities + big middle window (ignore the windows behind the mirrors)

Similar to Kathy's comment, I second moving the sinks in from the edges so there is good elbow room on both sides of each sink. We recently did that in a hall bathroom and it's much better. Also, our new vanity is 105" and that seems pretty long. Here is a pic for visualizing size:
