We have sold many chandeliers similar to this one to previous customers of ours and they seem to love it! If you have dust that collects inside the glass you should be able to remove the glass and clean it out. The best way we have found is to use the office keyboard dust cleaner that will blow the dust out. With the chandeliers we sell we haven't had a problem with the globes being fragile so you shouldn't have any problems.

It has a lot of favorable reviews and I see a Q & A under the description. Maybe ask your questions there as well.
