I love the mix of materials and colors. The French pattern tile is lovely too, my only worry is that in the photo looks very small and it might look "busy" once it is grouted. Can you get the same shape in a larger size tile?

I like the idea of something different than subway tile, but I think that tile is going to be too small and busy once grouted. I also don't love similar yet different the backsplash quartz and countertop quartz are. It will look like a near-match which looks bad. Go for something solid colored. A crackled light grey would look nice. What about an arabesque shape? Or do the baroque shape in a larger size. Also, use a grout color similar so the tile so that it won't look too busy.
