I have two horizontal slider windows, both placed on adjacent walls. The distance from the edge of the wall to the window are both asymmetric and kind of awkwardly placed on the wall. Should I put blinds or curtains? Or both? Also, which type of curtain/blind? I am going for an airy, calm, white minimal theme/style. If I put curtains, what size ? I am leaning towards not doing the floating-floor length because it will get in the way of furniture, but that seems to be an unpopular opinion... please help!

Also, I know I have to move the rods to make the window more spacious.

Measurements - roughly:
50” from the bottom of the window to the floor.
12” from the top of the window to the ceiling.
45”x 33”
