Remove the shutters, they're too small. I'd focus on landscaping to really make it pop.

I would absolutely paint the brick/stone. I think it would create a more cohesive look.

What color is your roof?

I would leave the stone as is but paint the window frames a dark color (match the shutters if you keep them, but they are too short and would look better wider). Maybe a navy blue, with a navy front door.

The landscaping does need some work. The big mounds of shrubbery don't enhance the style of the house.

I dunno, I kind of like the stone as is. I would think about painting the front door though.

Try everything else rather than painting the stone....because once painted, it's nigh impossible to restore it.

That stone and brick is probably good for resale at some point, in addition to being cool imo. And Lord is it hard to upkeep after painting! Agree to losing the shutters. You could get away with darn near any color on the door. The rood looks great!

Is the stone around the front window already painted? If yes, I’d paint it a darker color putty color maybe.

You can paint the stone with the same color as brick. I would trim bushes below the windows.

Or you go with black shutters and white stones.
