That's great to see your results. While there are several formulas of MG the water soluble version (blue granules) has a 3-1-2 ratio and most if not all the same micro-nutrients found in the expensive stuff.

Stanofh, I used MG also. I purchased big box MG from Costco every spring. Use for all my vegetable plants and plumeria.

Your Celadine looks good. Here is mine on front yard. still new inflos are coming out.

I sometimes buy it at Sam's.

Kwagoe- Thats a botanical masterpiece. Having an in ground Plumeria in the bay area. This is the first I've seen it done. I heard of one other in Alameda...but they I was told, cover it in plastic in winter.

My only advice is..keep the base dry in winter. That's where rot will start if it ever does. I doubt branches hanging out in the cool rains will be bothered...but a wet base is bad news.

Congrats!..that's grown quite a bit since last year. Its only going to get better and larger.

I have this in ground for last 4 years. every winter, few of the tips get black tips but never have issue with wet ground.
