I have a fuzzy leaf hoya someone can have...I've managed not to kill it for several years but it hates my climate...too damn hot here. tomsonii ?

*raises hand* Laura, I’m pretty new to hoyas, but would love to give it or a cutting a try. I have a ds-70 and macrophylla to share for cuttings, or other more popular houseplants. Let me know XD.

I posted it over on Hoya ID on FB to see if we can't get some opinions. It looks a lot like the green reverted vines from Krimson Princess, but mine are not fuzzy... We'll see...

Gotten lots of responses on Hoya ID, but none that come close as far as I'm concerned... well, one is close, Hoya vangviengiensis - google it. But leaves aren't cupped like yours - they're flat. But they're fuzzy and slightly raised veins. I think you'll have to wait until it blooms to get a definitive answer. I do like it, though. Where did you get it? (That was one question...) And one expert (Carol Noel) asked if you could post a photo of the back of the leaf. If you post it, I'll pass it along to the ID group...
