As to what hosta(s) you have, consider (by comparing pictures at the Hosta Library) the Hyacinthina/Gold Standard pair, although I've never heard of Gold Standard reverting to [Fortunei] Hyacinthina. Especially compare the flowers, as you remember them. Is the top picture very recent? Hyacinthina would have bloomed over a month ago for most of us.

a scale would help .. as would a pic of the variegated plant you planted elsewhere ....

as would a mature plant ... the fact that its young interferes with a good ID .... so try again next year ... especially at flower time .... its kind of amazing.. they flower at the same time across the country ...

some might call that a blue plant ... rather than green ...

shot in the dark ... im wondering about june and its blue relative ... which would be halcyon .... this wouold be very common with june ....

a 100 dollar plant.. with no name tag ... is a 5 dollar plant ... you may end up with a gorgeous plant ... but never really know the name .... good luck ...
