I noticed my indoor palm wasn’t looking great. So I decided to look in the soil. I came across some worms or possibly larva of some kind that is gray/clear with a red head. I also found a bunch of red shells(?). I pulled out one of the dried out stems and the roots were nonexistent and I found a worm burrowed inside of it (like it hollowed out the palm stem). What are they & how do I get rid/prevent them?
