Ahhh, yes, finally, a tv in a good spot.

Oh, I like the feeling of your room. I'd like to see a really large work of art on the empty wall, but I think I'd leave the TV wall as is, except that it needs just one tall item on the shelf -- a tall vase? It all looks a bit squashed down. I don't think you need a rug, but I do think you need a coffee table. I'd look for a large square, in dark wood matching the fireplace. And provide the white chair with a little side table to the right -- with a lamp on it, perhaps? The room seems to want a lamp.

I would add an accent table next to the chair and a pillow with a pattern in your colors. This one might be a nice choice.

It also looks as though you could use some lighting-perhaps a floor lamp at the end of the sectional by the fireplace.

You could also add two large red vases on either side of the t.v. and a throw on the corner of the sofa.
