It doesn't look like it's a continuous seal and this is a basic fixed plastic seal which snaps in place. You just need to pop that out and it will come out. Just use a screwdriver and it should come out, you can also run a utility knife along the edges to clean up any dirt. If you replacing this I think the replacement part number is RPSLIV393 for a single door, but I would call and check to make sure you get the right one.

If the seal is continuous the frame will need to come out.
