My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

For pillows in a variety of price ranges try Lamps Plus online. I live in Canada and I have had no trouble ordering from them, they are a U.S. site. They have a large and varied selection of household decorating goods. Here is the link. Hope you find something that works for you. http://www.lampsplus.com/products/s_pillows/price-range_@@25-@-@@49@@@99/
