We recently bought a new home and painted the living room walls American white with chantily lace on the trim including the fireplace, we like the look but there is marble on the fireplace that doesn’t go, we are thinking of using chalk paint to paint it or perhaps tile, all suggestions are much appreciated.

Home is traditional. He floors are hardwood oak, with a light honey finish. Adjacent room is the den with pikes peak grey on the walls.

Light sconces are likely going unless we can paint them a nicer color.
