Looks fine overall. Some issues to consider:
1. Move fridge beside stove.
2. Kitchen island a bit close from great room to breakfast area.
3. Do you need a closet by the foyer?
4. Not crazy about the long hallway to the master bedroom.

Oh, how I love floor plans ... let's see here:
Holy cow, nice master closet! Do you have space for a stacked washer/dryer in there? (The answer is yes, of course, and the plumbing is right there.) Otherwise, it's a long haul back from the laundry room, across the house, down the hall, through the bedroom, through the bathroom to your closet.

The door to BR 2 is right next to your kitchen counter. Can it shift farther along that wall, maybe 3 feet? Also, where will the bed go in BR 2? If it's on the wall opposite the door, you wouldn't want to be lying in bed staring at a doorway straight ahead. Unless that's the way you ensure guests don't get too comfortable. ;)

The deck seems very large for a house with no formal dining room. Or are you in a warm region and will dine mostly al fresco? If not, bump out that wall 5 feet.

Kitchen... don't forget under-cabinet lighting and plug strips. And outlets on each end of the island. Also, I would leave the fridge right where it is so your counter runs are long and unbroken.

I love that the closet is on the other side of the master bath. I'd consider a door from the closet to your office (even a small one). I like the idea of waking up and not having to be in the bedroom at all disturbing your sleeping partner.
