My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Living Room Railing

We are redoing our 80s ranch, the living room is in the process of being painted a light gray, and separating the living room from the entry, there’s two poles, and wood railing. We hate them, but the floor is raised where they are so they can’t be taken out without redoing the floor (not in the budget this round of improvements) or replaced with something else. Looking for ideas of what do do with them. I’ve attached some photos, please ignore our mess, we’ve painted all weekend!!
