So should i go for bigger rug?

Probably, but why don’t you try turning the rug the other way and moving the furniture in and see.

Following --such unique chairs and I love the rug

Your rooms are very nicely decorated but the personal touch is somehow missing. Books, plants, art that is meaningful to you (a painting over the mantel would give the room some warmth) would add personality. The painting in the dining room seems rather generic. Also, find larger pillows in stronger colors for the couches in the living room. Moving all the furniture onto the rug (the front legs at least) would be the first step because that is one reason why the room looks rather disjointed. Floor lamps which cast a soft yellowish glow instead of the harsh overhead lights will make a huge difference.

Liked all the comments. Thanks for all suggestions. Any recommendations you guys hv for pillow colors. ? Should i do sumthing with wall next to fireplace?

a tall plant in ceramic pot, perhaps?

Thinking to go for neutral kind of rug bigger size. Confused abt this rug so might return it. Add book shelf next to fireplace with sum decoration pieces in it. Side table with silver lamp. Bigger sofa pillows. Ceramic pot plant. grey silver kind of curtains. What say u guys.
