We are moving to a home that has a large built-in corner sofa. It's very comfortable and my wife would like to keep it (we've struggled to find the right comfortable sofa in the past). It will definitely need to be reupholstered and I personally don't like the wood finish. Any ideas on how we could update it? Painting/refinishing/changing the color of the cushions all in scope.

Note: all of the other furniture and colors are part of the staging and will be removed before we move in.
