Second post of the the day.. procrastinating the DIY!

My flat currently has one WC and one separate bath/shower room.

We are in the process of replacing everything so whilst I am at it I would like to somehow also fit a toilet into the bath / shower room, and I think I may have figured out a way but looking for opinions or other ideas!

First, the space saving ideas, which I will probably do anyway :) (any further suggestions welcome)

1- As there is space before the doorway, change to small bifold doors to make best use of room space.

2- Get rid of the radiator, add underfloor heating.

As always, the trouble I have is visualising a layout so wondering what anyone else thinks the best solution would be, that’s if you think it’s even possible with such a small space?

The vanity/sink unit is 400 D x 600 W
