This is to important of a question to rely on someones opinion online.

Would you really rely on compromising the structural integrity of a home based on internet advice given by viewing the equivalent of a sketch on a notebook?

You can get as snippy as you like but the fact is this is not a question to be answered on this forum. Get a structural engineer to tell you.

While not a complete answer, some information can be given on this forum. To know for sure we would need more information on the span and the truss. However, it is unlikely that a builder is going to engineer trusses without load bearing walls on a middle floor while using a load bearing wall on the bottom floor. It is spending money for no reason.

So, for preliminary brainstorming while you wait on better information, I would assume they are both load bearing.

Having a structural engineer come and assess the structure is the only safe option with the added benefit that, in the event the walls are load-bearing, that same person could design a supporting structure so you can open the walls.

There is a post that disappeared where the OP noted that he was having a professional evaluate it and was just looking for early education.
