My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love my Island Breeze!

This is a first year hosta for me. I love the leaf pattern and and these late blooming flowers. Vulcan is in the background.

    cracking soil looks dry .... dont let it go into winter dry ... but plenty of time for ma nature to take care of that ...
