Interior or exterior?

Exterior is a normal phenomenon.

Interior is an issue and you need to check the relative humidity inside the home as well as leave the blinds open (at least partially) for air circulation at the window.

My windows look like that, too, many mornings. It’s normal, especially if you live in the South. Is your new house in a different geographic area as your previous houses?

We are in the same geographic area. Our old house had lots of trees around it. This one does not. The condensation is always on the outside. It completely blocks visibility some mornings. We’ve had a lot of rain this summer. I wonder what will happen during the cold PA winters.

I forgot to mention that we have a small cottage on the same property with junk Busy Beaver Windows. It does not happen on those windows! So strange!

On the exterior = normal.

Actually means that your windows are working.

Turn your AC up overnight and the windows won't be as cool.

In the winter moisture will be on the inside of the windows if your interior humidity is too high. That will be a problem.
