Lawnmower recommendations?

My sister and our lawn guy got in verbal tussle yesterday. I'm the new lawn guy. I was fired in 2006 for incompetency.


Anyway, I need to buy a lawnmower. It's a small lawn. It's got to go up and down a small raft of stairs, so weight is important.


It's here my interested: BLACK+DECKER MTC220
