I would keep the regular white over replacing them with a creamier linen color. For one that warmer white could clash with your grey paint, backsplash and fireplace. Also, you really don't have room for an island. it looks like you can't even open up the fridge with there that one is.

I also prefer the current white to the linen and hate the knots. As a buyer post-remodel, I would offer less to account for the cost of having the cabinets painted white and to get rid of anything in the knotty wood.

Agree, the look is warm and your walls and other surfaces are cool gray. If you want to change something, change the island top. It clashes with the current room. If it can be stained, take it slightly darker, not warm.

Cream and gray are not good together, in my opinion. And the cream cabinet doors do not go with the counters, either. The wood counter foes not go with the wood cabinet doors. Your bright white kitchen looks nice and fresh, and the black counters and wood island top look nice. No change is needed.

Keep the bright white kitchen! That's what buyers all want.

Wow. Ok this went another way! So the pictures are deceiving. The grey is revere pewter and is warmer in person. There is more than 3 feet on all sides of island and the refrigerator will be pushed back more because the cabinet above it can't open currently so that will be fixed.
I'm not opposed to staying with white but these are cheap thermofoil cabinets that are falling apart. We are going with Walzcraft so there is a bright white an eggshell and a linen. The molding and window trim are all BM linen white but is is definitely more white than the Walzcraft linen. Also is

A True white like on the left is best for resell.

But regardless of color keep the refer surround in the same color white as perimeter cabinets. Only have the island be contrasting.

Keep all the upper cabinets and the ones around the fridge all the same colr , get a counter depth fidge for sure and BTW I would get rid of the island it looks useless in the space.

Why are you refacing?? I've gathered from other forum discussions that refacing is a colossal waste of money. The fronts that I can see don't even look dated.
