My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vantage Lighting Controls Home Automation Help

We are interested in a smart home that enables turning off nearly all lights from our phone. The builder suggested a vendor who uses vantage lighting.

1. How does vantage compare with their top competitor, Lutron?
2. The light switches (easy touch II trimline) are being sold to us for about $300 each. The dimming modules are about $1,800 each. I’m curious if this is a negotiable price and whether there is a significant markup to retail.
3. We also plan to use their automated shades.

Any feedback on Vantage regarding quality and pricing would be awesome!
