My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I found a random butterfly out and about in my kitchen today! He must have escaped the cage as a caterpillar. I haven't discovered where he pupated yet - sneaky little dude. He's happily out in the wild blue yonder now :)
