My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Good things come to those who wait???

I ordered two of these mirrors 11 days ago (9/13/18) and they haven’t left your warehouse yet. Why does it take so long to process and ship an order? It was originally supposed to arrive around 9/25/18 and now it’s estimating October. Status says it’s “in production” and will notify me when products ship. How do I find out the real status of this order?
