What would you do with this 1973 cliffside ranch with water (rear) and wooded area (from and side) views? The front door opens up into the kitchen island. A formal entry is needed! Ths housenalso sits perpenicular to the street and faces a garage. Finally, we enjoy lofts and could make use of the extra space for a schoolroom, not to mention the views that would be available from such a vantage point.
