Yup....same thing here (when using Safari on an iPad). I tap on a post and just goes to a white screen. I also have the intermittent problem of not actually having a drop down menu when I tap on “Stories & Advice” so I cannot even get to the discussions on the iPad many times. Actually I have NEVER had a drop down menu when using Safari on the iPhone, so can never participate in discussions using Safari on my iPhone. It’s been like that for a couple of YEARS. Please....someone fix this nonsense.

Are you using the app on your I- phone nidnay?

I use all different devices and all different platforms when functions or other things don’t work on one device/platform. So, on my iPad Pro, I will use the app as well as Safari and on the iPhone, it’s the same......I use the app for some things and use Safari for others. But when using Safari on my iPhone, there never has been a functioning drop down menu when taping on the “Stories & Advice tab and now suddenly, that drop down menu comes and goes even when using the ipad.

I am having the exact same issue on my laptop using chrome on windows 10 but not on my S9 phone using the app. This issue started this morning.

Seriously, this Houzz stuff can be maddening.

I use the app on my I- phone and am not having any problems right now. If you go to “ using Houzz” in the topics section you will see a lot of other people are having the same problems! Emily will get back to you sooner if you post your problems there.

Every time they do an upgrade crazy stuff happen! You can contact support by going to “ settings”. Then scroll down to the bottom to Houzz support and post your complaint. They will probably tell you to delete your app and reinstall;)!

@Denita, me, too. Just got an email from Houzz support telling me to update my Chrome browser. I did, relaunched it, and even restarted my computer. No dice. Very strange. Like you, just started this morning.

Weird. Maybe someone from houzz will actually take a look at the last change and figure out a fix. Maybe not.

Also, my chrome browser is the latest one and I have cleared my cache just in case. Didn't work.

so, i CAN read the comments because they show up in 'activity', so any post i've already commented on i can see, but ones i havent, nope. i did reboot this morning when it first happened, no joy. if it doesnt sort itself by tomorrow i'll contact houzz or else lose interest.

meanwhile ive got a little pop up at the top of my laptop screen telling me to say hello to my new chrome browser. seems i'd rather say good bye to it.

I was able to view comments on my iPhone but not on my computer. However my access on my cell seems to limit me in replying to comments. Since Im Kind of new to posting on the site it could be User error or I might need to download the app.

Seems to be working now but yesterday I had to switch to firefox to see them

yesterday i just took the day off from houzz.

I see it works now :)

It is messed up again. I can comment with spaces on some threads and not on others.
