My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

hi - what is the exterior of this house? stucco? concrete? other? it looks segmented so just wondering? also what color? gorgeous!

    Thank you for your kind words! It is one of my favorite designs as of late....The exterior is Stucco. More specifically, STO Powerwall system...which is one of the best systems available for this type of material. you can read about it HERE They have a range of color options..I believe this was a close match to SW Aunt Betty's China.
