I would like to paint the trim white, and the wall a grey tone. Unless you feel strongly a different color is the way to go. its currently a beige tone. oh the blinds are a medium blue color.

Please suggest a popular Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore grey tone.

This color will cover that entire room and the kitchen. Kitchen has black quartz countertop and off white cabinets. white and black appliances. the cathedral area you see has 2 skylights and a sliding door off to the left that opens to a patio. The property is heavily wooded but a fair amount of light does make it through.

is the trim fine as is? or should it be updated? it would be a lot of work so I'm probably in favor of leaving it. I guess it needs to remain compatible with the wooden valances.
