Extra space beyond the kitchen

Hi

My wife and I have bought a new house. If you walk through the kitchen and passed the scullery, there is a seperate tiled area with its own entrance from the garden. The area is probably about 5m x 5m. There is an adjoining small room with plumbing done but just a washing machine in it. The current owner had placed his home gym items in that area.

I just want to know what other ideas you all would have on using that space? A bar? A mini mancave?

5M X 5M thats a huge room, you can make it into anything you have a need for and even break it up into a smaller and larger room.

If you can draw a basic floor plan of the area and what is adjoining space is it would be easier to suggest what can be done there, because with that size room sky is the limit.
