My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Carla, The house is 40 feet wide and 42 feet deep. The basement is 684 square feet. It could be made larger but local zoning prevented us from making it larger. The main floor is 1414 square feet and the upper floor is 1398. The total square footage is 3496 square feet. I hope that answers your question.
