Brightness and color are two very different things. Which are you asking?

I guess I'm looking for suggestions for both of them. I'd like a nice color without being yellow or a stark blue tone. I also wondered what most people use for brightness at that distance being outdoors. I understand that these are two different things and that's what throws me off using LED fixtures/bulbs.

For color temperature, the most commonly used in residential outdoor lighting is 2700K (soft white). As far as wattage goes, that would be dependent on your fixture's ratings (line or low voltage, max/min watt.) and your personal preferences on the intensity of the light output.
