This appears to be staged and not your furniture. I would say the first thing you have to do is to get your head around floating furniture instead of having it all up against the walls. Also, be open to moving TV connections to the spot that works best for you. I like the reading area they have at the end by the French doors. You might duplicate that, or it would work for a small game table and chairs. I think I'd prefer the TV be where they have the sofa and then float a 3-seat sofa with its back to the large, arched opening. You can flank the sofa with a pair of swivel chairs facing each other over a coffee table. A sofa table might work too. if there's room. These pix are probably slightly pano'd to give the impression of more space for realty presentation.
