Help with black tip fungus!

I've posted earlier about my Plumeria that woke up but the leaves are not growing Here.

Well it kept on that way and the leaves never grew up more than few centimeters.

Now all leaves are gone and one of the two branches had what I think is black tip fungus, the black area was spreading and the branch top was squishy, I've read some posts suggesting cutting the black part immediately, so I did cut the whole black part with a sterilized razor sharp, found a brown spot inside the branch so I cut another slice.

The photos bellow showing the two slices I've cut, and what the branch looks like now.

What should I do next? and does the cut branch look clean or should I cut more?

Does the other branch look like having fungus too?

Please help!
