I live in tri- level home - off the family room there are 3 stairs that go up to the kitchen, dining room and living room. From the living room there are stairs that go to the bedrooms. We are doing some major renovations - painted honey oak stained oak trim to white, replaced all interior doors, painted interior SW griege, refaced kitchen cabinet fronts and replaced drawer fronts. Stained kitchen cabinets Java, new granite countertop and glass backsplash and new stainless steel appliance. Next phase is to replace kitchen bannister and living room staircase as well replace all flooring on lower level. At first I was going to do a marble look LVT in kitchen and then a wood look LVT in entry way, powder bath, FR, DR, and Kitchen. I can’t find a marble look in my budget so I’m thinking of doing it all in the wood LVT. Will that be too much?
