I've seen these plants, just because I'm looking at Sansevieria. When I see them, it's usually a leaf, maybe 2, and a pup, maybe. I haven't seen a picture like this before. It looks like your plant is busy and happy. We can't think of having anything too large here, heavy, or floor plants. But they sure are fun to look at. They young are just so bright and glowy. Are the mature leaves quite large and heavy?

Those variegated leaves sure play nicely with the light.

Looks better than mine. Seems it has much bigger roots under the soil than above. Shame they only grow about 2 leaves per node. Mine never got past 12" high. Maybe next year.

My leaves aren't that tall on mine either and some of the white parts of the leaves don't look so great. Seems to be slow for me.

I got out the tape measure to see just how tall this plant really is. I kind of over-estimated. The leaves are 17 inches from the top of the soil. It had been about a foot tall for several years, and then last year shot up taller.

Stush, I agree those roots take up lots of space. I think I needed to repot last year and there was no growth til I got it into some new soil late this summer.

Nancy, those white parts always get damage on mine too. They last a couple of years in good shape and that’s about the end for them.
