My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The plant is a variety of Phormium (New Zealand Flax) but I'm not 100% certain of the variety. Looks like it might be Dusky Maiden. This project is 12 years old. My list says Dark Delight, but the color in the photo looks different. Contractor might have needed a substitute. Hope this helps.
