Have you searched this forum for pics and info on AF? I don't have it yet, but personally, I think it's stunning and very unique.... I'd say - keep it! Hostas are like JELLO - 'there's always room for more.'

I tried searching houzz... when i use my cell I have to search really complicated... I have google and type “houzz Hosta angel falls”. Usually it gets me what Iam looking die but not this time. Will try later when I can go to the desktop

The best resource for hosta information and photos is at hostalibrary.org, where you will find thousands and thousands of photos and also basic information about each variety. Angel Falls is different from War Paint, coloration is slightly different, but War Paint turns into a solid green fairly early in the season. Angel Falls holds it's coloring throughout the summer and into the fall.

Wow, just looked it up. Beautiful. One person's "hard-to-grow" is another person's "grows-like-a-weed." I'd keep it.

Some commenters on an older thead in FB said that they where already on their second or third ”Angel Falls”

Hi Gary, thank you for posting a photo! It’s really crazy that there are barely any pictures of it, except the “promotional“ foto from Walters Gardens. I checked Pinterest, Instagram and the library.

Iam in zone 6 as well could you give me some advice how much sun (morning or afternoon) you are giving her?

I just got angel falls and bridal falls this year so I can’t help in the experience department but I can say I am really looking forward to watching them mature.

I found pics of them in the alphabet and the mature ones look EXCELLENT!

I'm on the keep side too. My sister bought a small single eye last year and this year it had increased nicely (not wildly). She kills lots of fussy plants as she travels a lot for work and can't baby them along.

I purchased one this year too. I couldn't resist it because I thought it was so pretty. Gary and Karin's picture of AF are so nice. I am looking forward to seeing this one next year!

I agree with dhaven that War Paint is quite different. WP has a striking show when it comes up in the spring but, for most people, it turns green and then looks like Niagara Falls.

I have all this plants. Niagara is great in mature all season. Cant compare green War Paint with it as it is much bigger, expressive and with flying leaves. Angel Falls is not easy to grow. No growth no die. Perhaps needs more sun then in my cold garden. Also I planted Bridal Falls and its a good grower and beauty!

Got Niagara Falls this year also... I am actually scared to add up how many different kinds I got this year. in Paper is a lot, but in my bare garden i can’t see it :-)
