Masculine guest room

I am trying to compromise with my husband on the guest room. Every room in our house is being redone as time goes by, we moved in 6 years ago and the house hadn’t had anything done in 20 years or so. I made a half arsed attempt at making one room kind of a game room, but it never really came together and now it is more storage room than anything. This is also the room my husband plays video games in. At this point he is sitting in an ikea desk chair to do so. However, we did put all of his certificates, and a large shadow box I had made when he retired from the sheriffs’ department, plus all our car show trophies and car pictures. So this is really a room he can go into and reminisce. But it’s a mess.

My parents have recently moved to our state and will be visiting much more often, his grown boys come to visit once a year, so we need to pull this room together and still be able to keep the certificates and at least some of the car stuff up so that hubby still has his space. The space really needs to be multi functional. Game room/man cave, guest room for couples, guest room for two singles (in case both boys come at once),

I want the room to be warm and cozy, sophisticated, to be able to hold guests without them feeling uncomfortable in a game room. I am leaning towards a dusty navy blue on the walls, a full wall of shelving to hold car trophies, books, game system and tv. We are going to get 2 twin xl beds to keep separated in an L shaped sectional while it isn’t in use, to be put together to create a king size when my parents or other couples come.

I am sharing my idea board cause I am trying to figure out what bedding will work with the cars, trophies, certificates and the like. I would appreciate thoughts on bedding and then curtains. The floor is a greige carpet.
