I posted the other day asking for design help with my bedroom. At the time I was sticking with the lavender walls, but I've since decided to paint them BM Revere Pewter (pic below). I've ordered bedding (returnable but it's from the Nordstrom rack so I love the pricepoint) and I think I have found lamps as well (also pictured below). Having said that, I am open to other ideas too...

The carpet is my biggest dilemma at the moment. I want some color in the room and like the idea of the carpet having the color, but I don't have good design sense and would love some feedback on 1) which carpet would work well with the bedding and/or lamp choices or 2) other ideas with gray walls. I have a clean, modern aesthetic but don't want the room to be bland. Also, the nightstands have to stay/work as they go with the dresser (Restoration Hardware so not cheap... :) Thank you in advance for any/all help! Houzz has helped me transform several rooms now!
