    Hi Keke, and thanks for your question. the difference between the Pucks and the Puck Pivots is that the Pivots turn off-axis, meaning they rotate more like a lever design rather than centered. The pivot point is simply moved to the left like in the photo below. The locking Privacy Pin (hidden from view) is located on the rosette and the same on both Pucks (regular) and Puck Pivots.
