When remodeling a laundry and adding multiple washers and dryers there are many factors to consider so I am sorry to report it is not a simple answer. If your situation is such that you have easy access to the attic with good existing mechanical, no cabinets to remove or replace, etc. then adding this may not be a big and expensive project; however, if your current mechanical is not in good shape, you have poor or no attic access, you have to demo cabinets, etc. it could be a much bigger and expensive project. I would recommend getting a builder or general contractor to come out and take a look at your space and they should be able to give you some solid feedback on what it would take to accomplish what you are wanting.!
