The grout in the kitchen and dining area has pits and is stained. The builder used horrible materials and have not held up over the past 4 years that we have owned the home. The kitchen cabinets are set up weird and with the way they are set up you can not be drawers pulls on two of the drawers because there isn't space to open the drawers without it catching on the handle. The counter tops are not what we expected them to be, they were not done properly. This is our first home and we had no idea what to look at or for once the build was complete. I love to bake so I would love to have a wall oven or a large oven with cook top put in and a larger island. The storage in the bottom cabinets is not set up well as things are just in there however you can fit them in the cabinets.
