My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are remodeling a master bath and laundry room!

Our rooms are not big at all so we need to plan wisely to have great rooms. Our master bath is gonna be 8 x 9 and our laundry, 5 x 8. Master bath will have a tiled walk in shower only with one sink/vanity and storage cabinet with some pull out drawers. Laundry will have front load washer and dryer with a counter top above them. Also, two cabinets on left and right (above washer/dryer) connected by a hanging bar for clothes. I would really like tile in both the bathroom and laundry room. My husband will be the fifth generation to live in this house. It is really outdated and needs lots of sprucing up!!! These are some designs I like: http://pinterest.com/pin/50524827042399780/
