I plan on using aerated compost tea next year. I want to build my own aerator as they are expensive to buy. I need a 5 gallon brewer. My question is whether I should build an airlift brewer of a vertex brewer? Is one that much better than the other? Here is a plan for making an airlift brewer that doesn't seem that complicated.
