Bathroom trim option

I have a small bathroom which I have just finished painting. 2/3 of the wall is painted grey, the ceiling and 1/3 of the wall is painted white. The vanity will be a light grey, counter top is white marble quartz and floor tile very similar to to vanity top. Should the trim be painted the same as the wall grey or white?
